The Ambrosiae Açaí Bowl Box contains the
key ingredients for making your own açaí bowl. Here’s how...
WHAT I NEED:
- 2
or 3 bananas (not included), previously peeled and frozen
- 1
tablespoon of powdered AÇAÍ
- 50
ml of your favorite non-dairy milk, if needed (not included but available on
our website)
- granola,
fresh fruit (not included), coconut chips, mulberry and activated almonds
for garnish
WHAT TO DO
Cut the frozen bananas in chunks and blend in a food processor with the powdered açaí until obtaining a dense and uniform cream, a bit like gelato, adding non-dairy milk if necessary.
Divide the mixture between two bowls and garnish as you please with fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, granola, nuts and/or nut butter.
You’ve just made your own acaí bowl!
