Shipping costs in Italy, for orders over 39 euros, are free.

Shipping costs in the Italian territory, for orders of less than 39 euros, are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the order and are indicated in the order finalization phase before payment.

The couriers do not make deliveries by appointment or phone calls in advance, so it is advisable to indicate a place of delivery where there is always someone present throughout the working hours, alternatively you can pick up at the local headquarters of our couriers. The delivery times indicated (48/72 hours) are not to be considered exhaustive and in no case, after shipment, any delays due to events outside our management, may cause withdrawal or request reimbursement of shipping costs by the courier or our company.

Orders are processed on average within the day following the purchase. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Ambrosiae.com ensures through the telematic system used the processing and execution of orders without delay. For this purpose it indicates in real time, in its electronic catalogue, the number of products available and those not available, as well as shipping times.

Should an order exceed the quantity existing in the warehouse, Ambrosiae.com, by e-mail, will inform the Buyer if the item is no longer bookable or what are the waiting times to obtain the chosen item, asking if he intends to confirm the order or not.

The computer system of Ambrosiae.com will confirm the registration of the order as soon as possible by sending the user a confirmation by e-mail.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Ambrosiae.com assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure, in case it fails to execute the order in the time provided for in the contract.

Ambrosiae.com shall not be liable to the Buyer, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, for inefficiencies or malfunctions related to the use of the Internet network beyond its control or that of its subcontractors.

Furthermore, Ambrosiae.com shall not be liable for damages, losses and costs incurred by the Buyer as a result of the failure or partial performance of the contract for reasons not attributable to the Buyer, as the Buyer is only entitled to a full refund of the price paid and any additional charges incurred.

Ambrosiae.com does not assume any responsibility for any fraudulent and illicit use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, cheques and other means of payment, when paying for the purchased products, if it can prove that it has taken all possible precautions based on the best knowledge and experience of the moment and on ordinary diligence.

In no case the Buyer can be held responsible for delays or misunderstandings in payment if he proves to have made the payment in the time and manner indicated by Ambrosiae.com.

BILLING

The material displayed and sold on this online shop is intended for personal use, both for private individuals and for holders of VAT number; therefore the transfer of material goods via the internet, being assimilated to mail order sales, involves the application of art. 2, paragraph 1, letter OO) of D.P.P. 696/96 which exempts these transfers from the obligation of fiscal certification (receipt and receipt) as well as the issuance of the invoice if not requested by the customer.

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

Written communications to Ambrosiae.com and any complaints will be considered valid only if sent to the following address hello@ambrosiae.com. The Purchaser indicates in the registration form his residence or domicile, the telephone number or e-mail address to which he wishes the Supplier's communications to be sent.

Any complaints regarding the state of packaging, quantity, number or external characteristics of the Products (apparent defects), must be notified to Ambrosiae.com by e-mail hello@ambrosiae.com, under penalty of forfeiture, within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the Products. Any claims relating to defects not detectable by a diligent check at the time of receipt (hidden defects) must be notified to Ambrosiae.com by registered letter with return receipt, under penalty of forfeiture, within 7 days from the date of discovery of the defect.

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT

Any dispute between the parties regarding this contract shall be settled by the Court of Ascoli Piceno, Italy.

APPLICABLE LAW AND REFERRAL

This contract is governed by Italian law. Full text of Legislative Decree No 185 of 22 May 1999 (Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts).
