COCONUT FLOUR DESCRIPTION
Coconut flour is the result of grinding the dried and defatted coconut pulp. Naturally gluten-free, this flour can be used in all preparations by improving the supply of fiber and proteins, such as for the preparation of pancakes for breakfast or for the preparation of sweets and biscuits.
