Organic Porridge gluten-free with Dark Cacao and Chia
Description
If you’re looking for a warm and creamy breakfast, this is the product for you. A typical northern European breakfast, porridge is not very common in Italy, however, we have tailored these recipes to our palate, and lots of people really enjoy it, young and old. This version is for chocolate lovers, and
it’s truly delicious. Plus it makes for a filling breakfast that’s fast,
customizable, and never monotonous thanks to the many combinations that you can
do with toppings such as nut butters, fresh fruit, preserves, granola...
This porridge is made from gluten-free
oats, sprouted grains and seeds, nuts, and three forms of cocoa (powder, beans,
and mass). Sprouting is when the seed begins its process of growth to become
a plant. This is when we can get maximum nutritional benefit in the most
concentrated form. We sprout seeds and cereals, then we dry them at low
temperatures in order to interrupt the sprouting process and maintain all the
nutritional values they possess.
Porridge with Dark Cacao and Chia is instant, and thus very easy to prepare. Just add 90ml of boiling water or your favorite milk to 50g of porridge and let it sit for one minute, and you’ll have a healthy, nutritious, and quick breakfast. Garnish
with a topping of your choice.
