Organic activate almonds
DESCRIPTION
We activate our almonds by immersing them in water for several hours, then we delicately dry them below 42°C. The result is a crunchier almond compared to a simple raw one.
Blanched activated almonds are a practical snack on their own or can be added to breakfast foods, salads, fruit bowls, and other dishes, whether savory or sweet.
